This is to clarify, and create a record of, what
was decided in
class today.
Everyone is to read the revised first research reports,
which
are accessible as "replies" to the original ones.
By Sunday morning everyone should have made a posting
to the
Planning Forum (there's a link to it on the main
course page).
You should post your thoughts about what questions
and issues
need to be explored next, on the basis of your research
on your
own literary history and reading those of others
(and all the
comments and questions). Try to be as elaborate,
and as
specific, as you can: give us all something to think
about. And
if you can, give your posting a title that gives
us a hint as to
what's most immediate or most important in what you're
suggesting.
During the day on Sunday I'll read the suggestions
and put up a
prompt with some strategies for further work and
an agenda for
discussion in class on Wednesday.
If there are questions or issues, email the course
list
(replying to this email will do it), and it'll go
to everyone.
I'm not the only source for answers to questions.
Have fun reading the new & improved reports. |
