Adam Nelson, one of many exciting new recruits on this seasons Tommies roster, brings offence to the table. Plain and simple, this guy can dent the twines. He is a good skater, has the moves that a little guy needs to have and is slippery as an eel. But on top of all that, he has produced excellent numbers everywhere he has played. In two years of Tier II hockey in Ontario, he was a league all-star both times around, and in his best year posted eighty-six points. He came home to the Maritimes last year to play for the offensively challenged Woodstock Slammers of the MJAHL and put seventy points on the board in forty nine games. Thirty eight of those points were taters, so when this guy sees daylight, oftentimes what follows is the red light going on.
