What you need to do
If you have read your section of the play and posted an
inkshed on it, by 1:00 Thursday, you're invited to come to
class and participate in the discussion.
I would suggest that everyone reread the Wikipedia plot
synopsis, and spend at least another hour reading elsewhere in
the play than your assigned section.
Considering Questions
The questions groups wrote on the board last time are here:
Have a
look at the questions, and then go back to the script and
come up with three more of your own. Make them questions
which are not answered simply by a reading of the play, but
not ones that are impossible to answer -- and make them
questions whose answers would be other than trivial. They
can be based on anything in the play: I expect most will
come out of the section you've read, or other parts you've
read.
Write them out and bring them, on a sheet of paper, to class
Thursday afternoon.
Inksheds
On Thursday we will also be considering passages from
inksheds that were clearly marked by groups
today in class as worth discussing.
