Robert Frost

Short Poem
This short poem written by Robert Frost is a vivid description of what a winter night. The setting and situaton created in the beginning is the writer describing what he sees in the winter night. In the last stanza the writer changes his type of rhyming from rising to falling. This changes the tone of the poem.
The rhyme scheme is as follow: aaba, ccdc, eefe, gghg. He is very literal in his description but near the end wonders off course into his imagination and feelings of lonliness that the winter brings him.
