CS. Lewis
"The Propriety of Miracles"
The idea of miracles is one the is scrutinized
to death. Writers are constantly trying to prove its nonexistence because
science always seems more intriguing and gives a reader something concrete,
that you can see and understand to believe in.
The author of this text had a most interesting
way of understanding and explaining things. Whereas other authors try to
simplify and make life an idea that you can explain with objects and data
CS. Lewis goes the opposite way by trying to explain to us why miracles
happen in a sense that they are actual miracles and not mishaps.
