Roofing took longer than we expected. Monday night we were here and Tuesday it looked like this but by Wednesday the whole roof was done and the gables were getting framed so we can see where the upstairs door will be.

Over the next couple of days the gable ends were closed in and the place began to be wrapped in what used to be tarpaper. Now, it seems, we wait for windows.
