We had better  lobelia than we can remember in the  flowerboxes, and the shrubs around the wellhead did okay,but the showpiece for August is this batch of  lilies (there'll be more). The petunias on the deck  did okay, too, and the replacement grape began to get to work.  The echinacea  in the northwest garden were okay, as well, but it was the climatis which perplexed us.
