Fredericton Celebrates the Liberation of the Netherlands

From the overpass, Rachael and Rhi and their grandparents watched the parade..

There was lots of interesting stuff to see:

Including a truck actually used back then. We wondered how they've kept it running. Probably it's still in use.
There was also a flyover of three Voodoos from the Dutch air force. They went right up Queen Street.

We thought the float with the choir from the Netherlands on it was the best thing in the parade.

But we also got to see the Fredericton Marching Band . . .

. . . with Aunt Jen running the show from the front lines.
