My own list:

• faculty and student access problems (what, for instance, does "access" really mean?)
  
• the "using new technology for old purposes" syndrome (is the computer really what Clifford Stoll calls "filmstrip for the 90s"?)
  
• the "what problem does this solution actually solve?" question (everyone's dealt with the computer salesman who responds to the question, "What do I need this thing for?" by saying, "You'll never really know until you've got one.")
  
• and the "any teacher who can be replaced by a computer, should be" paradox (what are we offering as teachers that no computer could ever offer . . . and might a computer help us offer it better?)
