close to the wire on wikis

Assessing where we are

At this point, given that three plays open a week from tonight, there should be three wiki sites complete and ready to be introduced to the rest of us and explained, so that editorial teams can get to work on putting toether a draft Playgoer's Companion for each of the plays by the end of the week. It is my guess that we aren't there yet; in any case our first order of business is to get quick oral status reports from each of the three Task Forces -- for  Perfect Pie, Heart's Desire and Inspector Hound.

Discussion

I'll do a round with the cards to see what issues it's worth discussing. You can raise whatever seems likely to be of interest, or, as always, pass.

Scheduling

If one of the groups feels ready to introduce their wiki site this morning, we'll allot a half hour of class for that. If not, we'll need to squeeze three presentations into the 75 minutes we have Friday morning.

Play scripts and readings

If you're on the Task Force for a play, you need already to have posted your reflection on reading the script. If you're on the Editorial Team, you'll need to have done that within the next few days. Scripts for all these plays are available outside my office -- and if you want access to an online version, email me and I'll tell you how to find it.

Records

I've posted my final count of the postings on reading and seeing Buried Child.  You should check and make sure my count is accurate; if it isn't, please email me and tell me exactly what's missing, and where I can find it.

Learning Journals

As I counted those last week, I noticed that a substantial number of people hadn't posted one. Don't forget to do this every week; remember, it's going to be your main source for writing a final learning reflection in April.
